Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chrisofix chest plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures and partial abnormal breathing. Methods: From March 2016 to May 2017 were 53 cases of multiple fractured ribs and local abnormal breathing patient as the study object, according to different therapeutic methods were divided into control group (26 cases) and observation group (27 cases) and control group according to the conventional treatment methods, treatment with observation group Chrisofix chest protector, VAS score, compared two groups of patients before it's time to bed for the first time, length of hospital stay, and complications. Results: The VAS scores were no statistically significant difference between the two groups at admission, p 〉 0.05, the admission of 24h, 48h hospitaliza- tion, 72h admission, and the 7th day of VAS score were statistically significant p 〈 0.05. Observation group before it's time to bed for the first time earlier than the control group, the length of hospital stay and the control group, less data difference between incidence of complications, the total was less than the control group, the group has statistically significant (p 〈 O. 05). Conclusion: In patients with multi- ple fractured ribs and local abnormal breathing Chrisofix chest plate treatment, could effectively reduce the patients pain degree, shorten from bed time, reduce the length of hospital stay, and less complications, could significantly improve the prognosis.
