延续护理对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of continued nursing on quality of life in patients with severe burn

目的：分析延续护理对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2017年1月～2018年1月期间收治的重度烧伤患者共60例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施延续护理，对比分析2组患者的生活质量和并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者在身体功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能等生活质量评分均优于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P〈0．05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，经统计学对比分析有意义（P〈0．05）。结论：延续护理对重度烧伤患者生活质量的改善效果较好，患者不良反应发生率降低，可在临床实践中予以广泛应用和推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on quality of life in patients with severe burn. Methods： A total of 60 severe bum patients were selected from March 2017 to November 2017 in our hospital. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and the study group performed continuous nursing. Quality of life and comp]ication rates were analyzed in both groups. Results ： The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group in physical function, cognitive function, social function, emotional function, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, The statistical comparative analysis of significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Continuous nursing was effective in improving quality of life in patients with severe bum and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was reduced. It could be widely used and popularized in clinical practice.
