摘要 分别选用粒径为20~40目的固体废弃物钢渣、煤矸石和建筑垃圾为原料,分别测试其含泥量、压碎值、松装密度、表观密度、抗酸腐蚀性能及水解特性,并与天然石英砂进行比较。结果表明,在上述3种固废中,含泥量和压碎值的大小顺序为:建筑垃圾>煤矸石>钢渣;松装密度和表观密度的大小顺序为:钢渣>建筑垃圾>煤矸石;硫酸和水浸泡7 d后,上述固废颗粒的压碎值和松装密度变化都不大,其抗酸腐蚀和抗水解能力较强。与20~40目的天然石英砂相比,钢渣表现出更加优越的建筑用砂性能,且性能指标全部满足国家标准《GB T14684-2011》中Ⅱ级以上指标要求。 In this study, steel slag, coal gangue and construction waste with a particle size of 20-40 mesh were selected as the raw materials to prepare building sand . The clay content, crush value, bulk density, apparent density, acid corrosion resistance and hydrolysis were investigated and compared with natural quartz sand. Results show that in the above three types of solid waste, the order of the clay content and crush value is: construction waste〉 coal gangue〉 steel slag; the order of bulk density and apparent density is: steel slag〉 construction waste〉 coal gangue. After soaking in sulfuric acid and water for 7 days, the above-mentioned solid waste particles have little change in crush value and loose packing density, displaying strong resistance to the acid corrosion and hydrolysis. Compared with natural quartz sand of 20-40 mesh, steel slag exhibits superior performance for building sand, which meets the Class Ⅱ requirements of national standard GB T14684-2011.
