黑素细胞原代培养自体移植治疗节段型白癜风

Autotransplantation of primary cultured melanocytes for treatment of segmental vitiligo

采用ＭＣＤＢ－１５３培养基添加ｂＦＧＦ、ｗＢＰＥ及ＴＰＡ等促黑素细胞（ＭＣ）增殖的试剂，原代培养ＭＣ３～６周后，胰酶消化培养细胞制成细胞悬液，自体移植于白斑区人工诱发的水疱内，治疗１６例稳定期节段型白癜风患者，１５例取得较为满意的疗效，３个月后平均色素恢复率大于８０％。对其中３例随访１年，色素保持良好。

The treatment was conducted in sixteen patients with stable segmental vitiligo. Their melanocytes were primarily cultured in MCDB-153 with bFGF, wBPE and TPA, atfer 3～6weeks, suspensions of autologous melanocytes were inJected into previously induced blisters on the depigmented lesions by freezing with liquid nitrogen. Repigmentation were achieved over 80% of surface in fifteen patients atfer 3 months. Three patients of them retained their pigmcnt well at one year follow-up.Application of cultured autologous melanosytes is an effective methed for treating segmental vitiligo.
