诱抗剂对烟草气候斑点病及烟叶SOD酶和POD酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Inducers on Tobacco Weather Fleck and Activities of SOD and POD Enzymes in Tobacco Leaves

摘要 烟草气候斑点病是由臭氧(O3)引起的一种非侵染性病害,通常会破坏植物叶片组织,产生明显的病斑,使植物生长发育受到影响,由于植物敏感程度的不同,所造成的伤害差异很大,发生严重时往往会对烟草生产造成重大损失。本研究为筛选防治烟草气候斑病的诱抗剂,测定了苄氨·赤霉酸等十种诱抗剂对烟草气候斑点病的防治效果,并分析了诱抗剂对烟草叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性影响。结果表明,苄氨·赤霉酸、碧护、天达2116和植物动力对该病的防效均达到了60%以上。同时,各诱抗剂处理的烟叶POD酶活性都有所提高,其中苄氨·赤霉酸处理后烟叶POD酶活性提升了421.64%。研究表明诱抗剂能提高植物POD酶活性,抵御O_3对烟叶的危害。本研究为烟草相关生产试验提供了理论依据。 Tobacco weather fleck disease is a non-invasive disease caused by ozone (03). It usually damages the leaf tissue of the plant and produces obvious lesions, which affects the growth and development of plants. There is a wide range of injuries, and when they do occur, they could cause significant losses to tobacco production. For screening inducers to control tobacco leaf weather fleck, the effects of 10 kinds of inducers such as benzylamine gibberellic acid on the control of tobacco weather fleck were determined. The effects of inducers on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that the control effects of benzylamine gibberellic acid, Bihu, Tianda 2116 and plant dynamics on the disease were over than 60%. At the same time, the POD activity of tobacco leaves was increased after treatment with different inducers, and the activity of POD was increased by 421.64% after treatment with benzylamine gibberellic acid. The results showed that the inducers could improve the activity of plant POD and resist the harm of O3 to tobacco.This study might provide a theoretical basis for tobacco production experiments.
