摘要
为探究‘宝岛’蕉和‘巴西’蕉苗期不同供磷水平对各部位养分含量的影响。以‘宝岛’蕉和‘巴西’蕉为材料,采用土培的方法对其进行0、50 mg/kg和500 mg/kg 3个磷水平处理。检测供磷水平对两个品种香蕉苗期生长状况、生物量、养分含量等的影响。随着供磷水平的增加,鲜干重是增加的,两个品种香蕉氮素呈现先增后降趋势,磷、钾则持续增加,对于中微量元素适当供磷水平可以增加部分元素的吸收,供磷水平过高或过低都会抑制其他元素的吸收。两个品种香蕉在三个磷水平下每种养分的需求规律基本一致,各部位对不同养分响应略有差异,在香蕉整个生育期苗期对磷的需求最大,各元素含量对施磷比较敏感的部位有:N:叶,P:根茎,K:茎,Ca:茎,Mg:根,Fe:根,Mn:叶,Cu:根,Zn:球茎。香蕉苗期植株体内8种元素的吸收量为K>N>Ca>Mg>P>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu。这可以为未来热带地区香蕉苗期培育的发展和完善提供参考,在生产实践中可以有所借鉴。
To explore the effects of different phosphorus supply levels on nutrient content in different parts of 'Baodao' banana and 'Baxi' banana seedlings. Using 'Baodao' and 'Baxi' bananas as materials, the soil was treated with 0, 50 mg/kg, and 500 mg/kg of three phosphorus levels. The effects of phosphorus supply on the growth, biomass and nutrient content of two varieties of banana seedlings were examined. The results showed that with the increase of phosphorus supply, the fresh dry weight increased, and the nitrogen of the two varieties of bananas showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, while phosphorus and potassium increased continuously. The appropriate level of phosphorus for the middle and small elements could increase the absorption of some elements. Too much or too little phosphorus supply will inhibit the absorption of other elements. In summary, the demand patterns of each nutrient under the three phosphorus levels of the two varieties of bananas are basically the same, and the response of different parts to different nutrients is slightly different. Phosphorus is more sensitive to the content of each element: N: Leaf, P: Root and stem, K: Stem, Ca: Stem, Mg: Root, Fe: Root, Mn: Leaf, Cu: Root, Zn: Rhizome. The uptake of 8 elements in banana seedling plants was K〉N〉C〉Mg〉P〉Mn〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu. This can provide reference for the development and improvement of banana seedling cultivation in tropical regions inthe future, and can be used for reference in production practice.
