退行性二尖瓣关闭不全行二尖瓣成形术的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨退行性二尖瓣关闭不全行二尖瓣成形术的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年6月‐2017年6月于该院行二尖瓣成形术的120例退行性二尖瓣关闭不全患者资料。观察对比术前与术后3个月时超声心动图检查结果。结果术后3个月时左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均低于术前(P <0.05),左室射血分数(LVEF)高于术前(P <0.05)。结论二尖瓣成形术在退行性二尖瓣关闭不全患者中具有满意的应用效果,适于临床推广。
