摘要
介绍了SiBCN陶瓷的几种制备方法,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点。概述了SiBCN陶瓷材料的高温稳定性、抗氧化性以及高温抗蠕变性能,展望了SiBCN陶瓷材料的应用前景。
In this paper, several preparation methods of SiBCN ceramics were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were analyzed. The stability, oxidation resistance and creep resistance of SiBCN ceramics under high temperature were introduced. Moreover, the application of SiBCN ceramics were prospected.
