含硼苯并噁嗪/TDE-85树脂固化行为和浇注体性能

摘要 苯并噁嗪树脂是一种新型的高性能热固性树脂,被广泛应用于各个领域。分析含硼苯并噁嗪/TDE-85树脂的固化行为和浇注体性能。采用DSC分析和外推法制定了树脂的固化制度为80℃/1h+100℃/1h+120℃/1h+140℃/1h+160/2h+180℃/2h+200℃/2h+220℃/2h。该树脂体系固化后噁嗪环特征峰消失,噁嗪环上的N-O-C键断裂,发生开环反应形成交联网状结构。所制备的浇铸体拉伸强度为25.15MPa,拉伸模量为3.5GPa,压缩强度为84.73MPa,压缩模量为3.78GPa,弯曲强度为36.15MPa,弯曲模量为3.03GPa,延伸率为0.85%;T_g为142.8℃,900℃时的残碳率为18.82%。 Benzooxazine resin is a new type of high performance thermosetting resin that is widely used in various fields. This paper mainly analyzes the curing behavior and castable properties of boron-containing benzoxazine/TDE-85 resin. The curing system of the resin was established by DSC analysis and extrapolation method: 80℃/1 h+ 100℃/1 h+120℃/1 h+140℃/1 h+160/2 h+180℃/2 h+200℃/2 h+220℃/2 h. After the curing of the resin system, the characteristic peak of the oxazine ring disappears, and the N-O-C bond on the oxazine ring is broken, and a ring opening reaction occurs to form a crosslinked network structure. The prepared cast body has a tensile strength of 25.15 MPa, a tensile modulus of 3.5 GPa, a compressive strength of 84.73 MPa, a compressive modulus of 3.78 GPa, a flexural strength of 36.15 MPa, a flexural modulus of 3.03 GPa, and an elongation of 0.85%; Tg is 142.8℃, and the residual carbon ratio at 900℃ is 18.82%.
