摘要
研究7A04铝合金接头等温挤压工艺,通过Deform分析成形过程中金属充填流动、载荷变化以及变形均匀性情况。设计了接头等温挤压结构和模具,通过工艺试验验证等温挤压工艺参数,并获得了满足要求的等温挤压件。其中,模具温度(400±5)℃,坯料温度(420±5)℃,成形最大挤压力为3500kN。试验表明,Deform有限元分析结果与工艺试验的结果一致,对等温挤压工艺研究具有指导意义。采用等温挤压工艺制备零件力学性能提高,相较于原"自由锻造+机械加工"工艺,材料利用率提高57.5%,加工周期缩短约40%。
The isothermal extrusion process of 7 A04 aluminum alloy joint was studied, and the metal filling flow, load change and deformation uniformity during the forming process were analyzed by Deform. The isothermal extrusion structure and the die were designed, the parameters of isothermal extrusion process were verified by the process test and the isothermal extrusions which meeting the requirements were obtained. Among, the die temperature is(400±5)℃, the billet temperature is(420±5)℃, and the maximum force of forming is 3500 kN. The test shows that the results of finite element analysis are consistent with the results of the process test, and have guiding significance for the isothermal extrusion process research. The mechanical property of the parts prepared by the isothermal extrusion process is improved. Compared with the original "free forging+machining" process, the material utilization rate is increased by 57.5%, and the processing cycle is shortened by about 40%.
