摘要
目的 :建立上颌第一磨牙的三维有限元模型 ,为分析上颌第一磨牙的生物力学性质提供一个数字模型。方法 :采正常的头颅骨 ,通过螺旋CT扫描的方法得到上颌第一磨牙的 2 6副断层图像 ,将这些图像描绘在坐标纸上得到 2 6副牙齿平面图 ,将这些牙齿平面图在PentiumⅡ 35 0的计算机上用Super SAP93的程序进行处理得到上颌第一磨牙的三维有限元模型。结果 :建立的有限元模型包括牙齿、牙槽骨、牙周膜在内 ,共 4983个节点 ,42 81个单元。结论 :该模型所包含的数据量大 ,可以满足对该牙在正畸作用下的各种力学分析。
Objective: To construct a three dimensional(3 D)finite element model of the maxillary first molar and provide a digital model for analysing the biomechanical properties of the molar.Methods:By spiral CT scan of the skull of normal occlusion,26 transsectioin CT images of the maxillary first molar were obtained,which were traced on plotting papers to get 26 two dimensional drawings.Using the software Super SAP93 on PentiumⅡ 350 computer,the ichnographies were translated into a three dimensional finite element model of the maxillary first molar.Results:The three dimensional finite element model including the molar and its alveolus and periodontium,has 4983 nodes and 4281 units.Conclusion:The established model has enough data and can be used for all kinds of biomechanical analyses of the tooth by the orthodontic forces.
