摘要
目的 :观察和探讨羊膜移植在眼表重建方面的应用和机制。方法 :采用保存人羊膜移植治疗各种原因造成的眼表疾患共 144例 (15 4眼 )。结果 :94%的患者一次性达到了治疗效果 ;6 %的患者经过后继治疗也达到了满意的结果。结论 :保存人羊膜用于眼表重建是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and explore the mechanism of amniotic membrane transplantation in ocular surface reconstruction .Methods: Preserved human amniotic membranes were used for transplantation for 144 patients(154 eyes) with ocular surface diseases resulted from various causes.Results: In all patients,94% enjoyed a satisfactory outcome after the first treatment,while other 6% obtained a comparatively successful outcome after a series of treatments.Conclusion: Preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation is a useful method for ocular surface reconstruction.
