低负压持续吸引引流在乳癌根治术中的应用(附78例报告)

The Chinical Value of Low Negative Pressure Successive Suck Drainage For Resection of Breast Carcinoma:A Report of 78 Cases

目的 :探讨低负压持续吸引引流技术 (简称LSSD技术 )在乳癌根治术中的应用价值。方法 :行乳癌根治术 78例 ,术中于腋窝、锁骨下和胸骨旁放置 1或 2根头端带多侧孔的硬质乳胶引流管进行 - 2 0kPa～ - 40kPa低负压持续吸引引流。结果 :术后皮下积液 3例 ,积气 1例 ,皮瓣轻度坏死 3例 ,切口感染 1例 ,并发症为 10 .3 %。结论 :LSSD技术对乳癌根治术皮下积液 (血 )、皮瓣坏死和切口感染的防治及促进愈合均有重要实用价值。

Objective: To explore the chinical value of low negative pressure successive suck drainage(LSSD) for resection of breast carcinoma.Methods: In 78 patients undergoing resection of breast careinoma.one or two stiff latex tubes with several side holes at cephalic were placed Axilla under clavicle and beside of sternum,with a of successive suck by -20 kPa～-40 kPa.Results: There were 3 cases with subctaneous dropsy,1 case with subcutaneous pneumoderma,3 cases with skin valve necrosis,and 1 case with wound infection.Complication rate was 10.3%.Conclusion: LSSD had important practical value for prevention and treatment of subctaneous dropsy,skin valve necrosis,and wound infection as well as for improvement of heal up of wound after resection of breast carcinoma.
