糖尿病的眼部首发病16例分析

Analysis of Symptoms of Eyes of patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 :探讨先症就诊于眼科后确诊为糖尿病患者的眼部情况。方法 :对 16例以眼胀、复视、视力下降及眼红痛等症就诊患者的双眼给予眼前段、眼后段、裂隙灯显微镜及血糖尿糖检查。结果 :16例均为Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 ,32眼中 30眼晶体状体的皮质或后囊膜等有不同程度混浊 ,占 93.75 % ,其中 1眼伴发前葡萄膜炎 ,约占 3 .1% ;2 9眼视力不能完全矫正达正常 ;2眼正常。结论 :对首发眼胀、腹视、视力下降、眼红痛者除有确定眼病的必要外 ,尚需作全科方面的考虑 。

Objective: To investigate the pathological changes and clinical manifestations in the eyes of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods:16 cases with pain and hyperaemia of eyes, expand, diplopia,or visual deterioration were studied.The routine ophthalmological and slit lamp examinations and the detection of sugar in blood and urine were performed. Results: All patients were diagnosed with type 2 DM. Thirty lens cortex or posterior capsules were found muddy(93.75%). There was one eye with pre uveitis(3.1%), twenty nine eyes with less than 1.0 for corrected vision, and two eyes with a normal vision.Conclusion:The symptoms of eyes of the patients are associated with DM.
