几种髌骨骨折治疗术式的疗效比较(附231例报告)

Comparison of Several Operative Procedures for Knee-Cap Fracture

目的 :比较几种髌骨骨折手术治疗术式的疗效 ,寻找不同类型髌骨骨折的合理手术方法。方法 :对既往采用不同术式治疗的 2 31例髌骨骨折 ,根据术后能否早期活动 ,关节面是否平整、膝关节活动范围及行走功能等进行回顾性分析比较。结果 :克氏针张力带固定和钢丝环扎加前“8”字张力带固定法 ,复位理想 ,固定牢靠 ,术后可承受较大负载和早期活动 ,治疗效果理想。结论 :克氏针张力带适合于髌骨非粉碎性骨折 ,钢丝环扎加前“8”

Objective:To find a better and simpler way for surgical treatment of knee cap fracture. Methods:Several operative procedures were compared in following criterion: the reposition and fixation,healing,articular surface smoothness,early activity,activity limit, and walking function.Results:The internal fixation with Kirschner pins and wire ring with "8" type tension were simpler and ended up with a better result.Conclusion:Kirschner pin is more suitable for non cmmunicated knee cap fracture while wire ring with"8"type tension fixation is suitable for communicated Knee cap fracture.
