股静脉瓣窦缩窄术治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全

Valular Tightening Operation of the Femoral Vein for Deep Venous Valve Insufficiency of the Legs

目的 :研究和评价股静脉瓣窦缩窄术治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的疗效。方法 :对下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的 35例患者 (46肢 )施以股静脉瓣窦缩窄术。其中男 2 3例 ,女 12例。年龄 2 4～ 6 9岁 ,平均年龄 45 .6岁。所有肢体均施行股静脉瓣窦缩窄术。结果 :91.3% (42 / 46 )的患肢静脉跛行、酸胀、疼痛等症状消失。 8.7% (4/ 46 )的患肢症状明显改善。 10条肢体溃疡愈合。结论

Ojective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of valvalar tightening operation of the femoral vein in deep venous valve insuffciency of the legs. Methods: Valvular tightening operation of the femoral vein was performed in 35 patients (46 legs) with deep venous value sufficiency in the legs. Among them, 23 were males and 12 were females. The patients aged of average 45.6 years (26 to 69 years). Results: Venous claudication, swelling, and aching disappeared in 91.3% (42/46) of cases and obviously improved in 8.7% (4/46). Ulcer healing was seen in 10 legs. Conclusion: Valvular tightening operation of the femoral vein is effective in the treatment of deep venous valve insufficiency of the legs.
