龋病活跃性试验与龋蚀罹患状态关系的研究

The Study of Caries Activity Test and Its Relation with Caries Status

目的 :探讨龋病活跃性试验 (CariostatTest,CAT)与龋蚀罹患状态之间的相关性。方法 :通过CAT试验 ,检测了 2 5 9名 3～ 4岁幼儿的龋病活跃性 ,并将测试结果 (CAT值 )与龋蚀罹患状态 (龋失补牙数 ,dmft)进行相关分析。结果 :龋病活跃性 (CAT值 )与龋蚀罹患状态之间有高度正相关性。结论 :CAT能从一定程度上反映临床患龋的现状。

Objective: To explore the possible correlation between Cariostat test (CAT) and caries status. Methods: The caries activity of 259 children of 3～4 years old were measured with Cariostat test. The correlation between the CAT values and the caries status (dmft) was analyzed. Results: There was a highly positive correlation between caries activity (CAT value) and caries status (dmft). Conclusion: The results of Cariostat test can indicate the clinical caries status and can be considered as a marker for the occurrence and development of tooth caries.
