双管引流及碘伏冲洗在左半结肠、直肠创伤一期手术中的应用

Double Tube Drainage Plus Iodophors Douche Used in the Surgery Therapy of Trauma of the Left Colon and Rectum

目的 :探讨预防左半结肠、直肠外伤患者Ⅰ期手术后吻合口瘘及腹腔感染发生的方法。方法 :通过 4 5例中选择性的对 32例左半结肠、直肠外伤患者进行Ⅰ期手术 ,术中采用经肛肠腔内吻合口上下双管引流及碘伏腹腔冲洗 ,观察术后吻合口瘘及腹腔感染发生率。结果 :32例左半结肠、直肠外伤患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合。结论 :应用吻合口上下双管引流及碘伏腹腔冲洗能有效的预防左半结肠。

Objective:To explore the methods preventing the patients operated on in one stage for the left colon and rectum traumas from anastomotic leakage and abdominal cavity infection. Methods: 32 of 45 patients with the left semicolon and rectum trauma were selected to undergo primary operation. Transanal intracolic double tube drainage around the anastomotic stoma plus Iodophors irrigation of abdominal cavity was employed during the operation. The incidence of anastomotic leakage and peritoneal infection was evaluated. Results: 32 patients showed a healing with the first intention. Conclusion: Double tube drainage plus Iodophors douche are effective preventive measures against the complications of fistula and peritoneal infection in the patients with the left colon and rectum trauma who are treated with one stage operation.
