苯那普利治疗老年高血压疗效观察

The Efficacy of Benazepril in Elder Hypertension

目的 :观察苯那普利对老年高血压病的治疗效果 ,以及对心率、肾功能、血糖、血脂和电解质的影响。方法 :116例患者随机分为苯那普利治疗组 (治疗组 )和氨氯地平治疗组 (对照组 ) ,分别给予苯那普利和氨氯地平治疗 4周 ,测定治疗前后的血压、心率、肾功能、血糖、血脂和电解质 ,并进行比较。结果 :经自身前后对照 ,两药均有显著降压效果 (P <0 .0 1) ,对心率、血糖、血脂和电解质无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗组肾功能显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :苯那普利降压效果显著 ,对肾功能有保护作用 。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Benazepril, ACEI in elder patients with essential hypertension as well as its effect on heart rate, renal function, the levels of both blood glucose and blood lipids, and electrolytes. Methods: 116 elder patients with hypertension were divided randomly into Benazepril group (experimental group) and amlodipine group (control group), respectively received either Benazepril 10 mg once daily or amlodipine 5 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Blood pressure, heart rate, renal function, the levels of both blood glucose and blood lipids, and electrolytes were examined before and after the treatments. Results: Blood pressure was significantly reduced after treatment in both groups (each P <0.01). There was no significant difference of heart rate, renal function, the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids, or electrolytes between the two groups (each P >0.05). The renal function of experimental group, however, was obviously improved ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Benazepril treatment is especially applicable to the elder patients with hypertension.
