摘要
通过对反应性氧类 (ROSs)、反应性氧化氮 (RNOSs)以及脂类过氧化物 (LP)的生成机制以及对机体的损伤机制等分子生物学作用讨论 ,并基于“生命多系统时空论”(也称广义生命时空场论 )学说 ,按照“机体损伤反应综合征”SD1D2 F之四阶段说观点 ,阐述了ROSs、RNOSs在机体损伤反应综合征 ,多胺器危像综合征之分子生物学机制 ,本机制系体者首次提出。
The molecular biologic mechanism of the actions of reactive oxygen species/ROSs, Reactive nitric oxide species/RNOSs, and Lipid peroxides/LP (for example, mechanisms of chemical formation and damage in the body) was discussed in this article. Based on the theory of 'Multiple time space theory/MTS'(also called'General life time space field theory/LTSF')and the view of 'SD,D,F'four periods of body injury response syndrome (BIRS),the authors for the first time proposed the molecular biological mechanism of ROSs,RNOSs and LP in Multiple organ crisis syndrome(MOCS)and the Body Injury Response Syndrome, BIRS.
