盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀片治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎继发早泄的多中心临床分析

Multi-centre clinical observation ofα-blocker in the treatment of acquired premature ejaculation caused by ⅢB prostatitis

目的:观察盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀片治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎(CP)继发早泄(PE)的疗效。方法:128例ⅢB型CP继发PE患者口服盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊(0.2mg,每晚睡前口服1次)联合盐酸达泊西汀片(每次30mg口服,每3d1次,性生活前2h服用),治疗4周,采用性生活质量评分、慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)评估治疗效果。结果:患者性生活质量评分、NIH-CPSI评分在治疗后均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀片可安全、有效改善ⅢB型CP继发PE的相关症状,有必要进一步推广。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the dapoxetine hydrochloride and tamsulosin in the treatment of premature ejaculation secondary to ⅢB-type chronic prostatitis（CP）.Method：One hundred and twenty-eight patients with premature ejaculation secondary to ⅢB-type CP were given dapoxetine hydrochloride 30 mg/3 dand tamsulosin 0.2 mg/d for 4 weeks.The effects were evaluated by the scores on Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index（NIH-CPSI）,the International Index of Erectile Function（IIEF）scores,intravaginal ejaculation latency and sexual impotence in patients before and after treatment.Result：After 4-week treatment,the prostatitis symptom score,sexual quality of life score significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dapoxetine hydrochloride combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of premature ejaculation secondary to ⅢB-type CP is safe and effective,and can improve related symptoms.Thus,it’s worth popularizing.
