Research progress of targeted therapy in metastatic non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma

肾细胞癌(RCC)是发生在肾脏的一组异质性疾病,包括起源于肾单位不同部分的独特亚型,每种亚型都有独特的基因基础与肿瘤生物学表现。肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)是最常见的病理类型,尽管其他肾癌亚型发病机制、组织学表现和临床进展方式各不相同,但在临床实践中均被归为肾非透明细胞癌(nccRCC)。本文就转移性nccRCC靶向治疗的应用现状和研究进展进行综述。

Renal cell carcinoma（RCC）represents a heterogeneous group of diseases and includes a number of distinct subtypes derived from the various parts of the nephron,each with a unique genetic basis and tumor biology.The most common subtype is clear cell RCC.Although other subtypes show different pathogenesis,histological appearance and clinical progression,they are generalized into non clear cell RCC（nccRCC）.This review summarizes the application status and research progress of targeted therapy in metastatic nccRCC.
