工艺过程对CR性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了压延、停放及烘烤工艺对氯丁橡胶焦烧时间、门尼粘度、自粘性以及层间粘合强度等性能的影响。结果表明,随着压延、室温停放及烘烤时间的延长,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,门尼粘度上升,自粘性降低;在42℃下的烘烤温度下,随着烘烤时间的延长,胶料工艺性能下降显著,且引起拉伸强度、层间粘合强度及屈挠性能的降低;通过试验制定了合适的工艺条件,并通过核磁交联密度测试,证实了胶料的早期交联是性能降低的原因。
