浅谈高职高专学生思想道德素质的转化

On the transformation of ideological and moral quality of vocational students

针对高职高专学生思想道德素质偏差的特点及产生的原因,采取有效的教育途径和方法,积极开展教育转化工作,使学生能够认识到自己的不足,并按照专科生思想道德素质的要求发展自我,从而实现学生思想道德素质的转化。目前高职高专院校的学生因为自身的差异化,会造成很多关于思想道德素质的问题,本文在此阐述了高职高专院校学生的现状、策略以及转化的过程等问题。

According to characteristics of ideological and moral quality errors of vocational students and causes,the paper takes effective ways and means of education to actively carry out transformation in education,to enable students to recognize their shortcomings,and develop themselves in accordance with the requirements of the ideological and moral quality of college students,in order to achieve the transformation of students' ideological and moral quality.Currently,vocational college students because of their differences,will cause a lot of ideological and moral quality problems,the paper explains the status,strategy and transformation process of vocational college students.
