摘要
随着高校教学质量和教学改革工作重心由"精品课程"到"教学团队"的转移。教学团队的建设已经成为了学校办学质量的重要指标。教学团队的各项建设工作也成为质量工程可持续发展的前提和保障,本文拟通过探讨教学团队成长的基础、特点、建设机制,力求摸索一条教学培养和建设的长效机制。
With the transfer of the focus from 'quality courses' to 'teaching team' of university teaching quality and teaching reform.The construction of teaching team has become an important indicator of the quality of school education.The construction work of teaching team has become a prerequisite and protection of the sustainable development of quality projects,this paper through the discussion of the basis,characteristics,construction mechanisms of the growth of the teaching team,and strive to explore a long-term mechanism of teaching training and building.
