多元化教学法在高职高专行政管理专业教学中的应用研究

Research on the application of the diversity of teaching method in administration management teaching in the higher vocational institutes

多元化教学法是在多个主体、多种媒体、多种途径参与下的一种综合性教学方法。本文在分析当前教学过程中存在问题的基础上,展开对多元化教学方法的应用研究,开创教学方法的尝试和探索,在一定程度上满足当今教学实践的不足,提高教学效率和教学质量水平,符合"以学生发展为本"的教学理念,共同促进高等教育教学的进步。

The diversity of teaching method is a Comprehensive teaching method with the participation of multi-subject、multi-media、multi-way.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the teaching process,the thesis develops to research on the application of the diversity of teaching method and starts to try and explore teaching methods,in a way,to meet the current shortage of teaching practice and improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality levels,to accord with the'student development-oriented'teaching philosophy,to promote the progress of higher education teaching jointly.
