旅游专业教学中学生服务意识培养模式研究

Research on the mode of training consciousness of serving in the tourist teaching

在旅游管理专业教育中不仅要培养学生适应生存的基本素质,更要培养学生从事旅游职业的职业素质,特别是职业意识和职业态度的养成。文中分析了"服务意识"概念及其特征,并在此基础上提出了"认识——感受——行为"的渗透式服务意识培养模式及检验、完善这一培养模式的有效途径。

In the professional tourism management education not only train students in the basic quality of adapted to life,the more to cultivating students' professional engaged in the professional quality of the tourism,especially professional consciousness and the cultivation of professional attitude.This paper analyzes the concept of ' the consciousness of serving ' and its characteristics,further develops the penetrating mode 'understanding-experiencing-acting' and the effective way for improving it.
