高等师范院校音乐教育师资培训的“重与轻”刍议

随着我国基础教育改革的推进,音乐教育在基础教育阶段受到史无前例的重视。但同时,很多音乐教师的教育教学工作也受到前所未有的挑战,许多的问题与高等教育的师资培养有着紧密的关联。本文重点分析了当前高等院校在音乐师资培养的课程设置和教学目标上的一些问题,并给出了一些应对策略。

With China's basic education reform moves forward,music education in basic education is unprecedented attention.At the same time,many music teachers in education and teaching is also facing unprecedented challenges,many problems and higher education teacher training are closely related.The article focuses on analysis of the current institutions of college learning in music teacher training curriculum and some of the teaching target problems,and put forward some solution strategies.
