大连市不同行业职业危害因素接触现状调查

Survey on exposure status of occupational hazard factors in different industries in Dalian City

目的通过职业健康调查,了解大连市不同行业职业卫生现状。方法以问卷调查的形式,采用现场流行病学方法,对大连市1 587家企业的职业危害因素接触人群进行现况调查。结果大连市接触职业危害因素职工共82 942人。微型企业接触职业危害因素人数的比例高达45.0%,私营企业数占52.1%,接触率为30.4%。通用设备制造业和铁路、船舶、航空航天制造业接触有害因素的职工人数最多,分别为19.0%和27.6%。结论大连市重点监督企业是小微企业,重点监督类型是私营企业,重点监督行业是通用设备制造业和铁路、船舶、航空航天制造业。

[Objective]Through occupational health survey,to study the status of occupational health in different industries in Dalian City. [Methods] In the form of questionnaire survey,the current situation of occupational hazards in 1 587 enterprises in Dalian City was investigated by using the method of field epidemiology. [Results] There were 82 942 workers exposed to occupational hazards in Dalian City. The proportion of workers exposed to occupational hazards in micro enterprises reached45.0%. The private enterprises accounted for 52.1%,and the exposure rate was 30.4%. The proportion of employees exposed to occupational hazards in the general equipment manufacturing industry and the railway,ships,aerospace manufacturing industry was the highest,which was 19.0% and 27.6% respectively. [Conclusion] The key supervision enterprises in Dalian City are small and micro businesses. The key supervision type is private enterprises. The key supervision industry is general equipment manufacturing and railway,shipbuilding and aerospace manufacturing.
