摘要
iV桔酰苯胺(Gal)能显著提高电刺激兔左心室致颤阈(VFT),且在1~6mg╱kg剂量范围内呈直线相关。高、低剂量Gal分别与七种抗心律失常药合用的结果表明,Gal 1.4和2.0mg/kg与Apr 1.0mg╱kg,Gal 1.7mg╱kg与Lid 5mg/kg,Gal 1.4mg/kg与phen 5mg/kg,Gal 1.0mg╱kg与prop 0.2mg╱kg合用均有相加作用,Gal 2.0mg╱kg与Lid 5mg/kg或phen 5mg╱kg合用则有增强 作用。
The electrically induced ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT)in anesthetiged rabbits increased in linear relationship with the dose of Gallanilide (iv 1-6mg/kg). 5 Kinds of antiarrhythmic drug, Lidocaine (10 mg/kg), Guinidine (10 mg/kg), Procainamide (40 mg/kg), Sodium Phenytoin (10 mg/kg) and Aprindine(2 mg/kg)increased VFT significantly but Propranolol (0. 2 mg/kg)and Diazepamd mg/kg)did not do so.The effects of Gallanilide in combination with other antiarrhythmic drugs were studied. The rusults showed that the Gallanilide (1. 7mg/kg) and Lidocaine (5mg/ kg),Gallanilide(1. 4mg/kg)and Sodium Phenytoin(5mg/kg),Gallanilide(1mg/kg) and Propranolol (0. 2mg/kg),Gallanilide(1. 4mg/kg)and Aprindine(1mg/kg),as well as Gallanilide(2mg/kg)and Aprindine(1mg/kg)had simply additive,While the effects of Gallamilide(2mg/kg)with Lidocaine(5mg/kg)or Sodium Phenytoin(5mg/ kg)had potentiation.
