头孢唑啉钠与三氮唑核苷、氯化钾配伍在输液中的稳定性研究

摘要 本文建立了紫外分光光度法测定头孢唑啉钠在三氮唑核苷、氯化钾配伍液中的含量测定方法,并考察其稳定性。结果表明,头孢唑啉钠与三氮唑核苷,氮化钾在5%葡萄糖注射液中于室温25℃时配伍稳定,3h内外观,pH值含量不变。 A UV spectrophtometry method for the determination on concentrations of ce-fazolin after their combination in transfusion solutions of ribavirin and potassium chloride was established. And its stability has been observed and studied. The result showed that ce-fazolin was stable when it combined with ribavirin and potassium chloride in 5%glucose solution at room temperature (25℃). During 3 hours its appearance pH and concentration didn’t change.
