山东省稻瘟病病菌对稻瘟灵的敏感性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为明确山东省稻瘟病病菌对稻瘟灵的敏感性,利用菌丝生长速率法,对2017年从山东省主要稻区收集并分离的44个稻瘟病病菌单孢菌株进行了稻瘟灵的敏感性研究。结果表明,稻瘟灵对山东省稻瘟病病菌的抑制中浓度EC50为0.96~62.39μg/mL,敏感性差异达64.99倍;省内各地区平均EC50为2.35~9.75μg/mL,敏感性差异达4.15倍。全省敏感菌株出现频率为54.55%,低抗菌株出现频率为36.36%,中抗菌株出现频率为6.82%,高抗菌株出现频率为2.27%。稻瘟灵仍可作为山东省防治水稻稻瘟病的有效药剂。 In order to determine sensitivity of Magnapothe grisea to isoprothiolane in different regions of Shandong province, the sensitivity to isoprothiolane of 44 single spore strains collected and isolated in 2017 were tested by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the EC50 of M. grisea to isoprothiolane in Shandong province were between0.96-62.39 μg/ml, and their sensitivity difference was 64.99 times. The average EC50 of M. grisea to isoprothiolane in different region of Shandong province was between 2.35 and 9.75 μg/ml, and their sensitivity difference was 4.15 times.The occurrence frequency of sensitive strains, low-resistant strains, medium-resistant strains and high-resistant strains in Shandong province were 54.55%, 36.36%, 6.82% and 2.27%, respectively. Isoprothiolane can still be used as an effective agent to control rice blast in Shandong province.
