芍药汤保留灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果观察

The Effect Observation of Shaoyao Decoction Retention Enema as Adjuvant Therapy of Ulcerative Colitis

目的观察保留灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床效果。目的收集盘锦市中医医院2017—2018年收治的UC患者91例，随机分为观察组46例和对照组45例。两组均口服柳氮磺砒啶肠溶片，对照组采用甲硝唑和泼尼松龙保留灌肠；观察组呆用芍药汤保留灌肠，比较两组治疗后内镜分度及组织病理学分级。结果治疗后内镜分度，观察组轻度占50．0％、中度占30．4％、重度占19．6％；对照组轻度占28．9％、中度占60．0％、重度占11．1％，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=33．488，P〈0．05）。治疗后病理学分级，观察组1级占41．3％、2级占37．0％、3级占13．0％、4级占8．7％；对照组1级占22．2％、2级占40．0％、3级占8．9％、4级占28．9％，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=23．478，P〈0．05）。结论芍药汤保留灌肠辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎能够有效促进肠道病灶恢复，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of Shioyao decoction retention enema as adjuvant therapy of ulcerative colitis （UC）. Metthods A total of 91 patients with UC from 2016 to 2017 in our hospital were collected and divided into observation group （46 cases） arid control group（45 cases） randomly. Both groups accepted sulfasalazine enteric coated tablet orally. The control group accepted retention enema with metronidazole and prednisolone, while the observation group accepted retention enema with Shaoyao decoction. We compared the endoscopy classification and histopathological classification after the treatments.Resulte Endoscopy classification of UC： the observation group included mild degree （50.0%）, moderate degree （30.4%）, severe degree （19.6%）, while the control group included mild degree UC （28.9%）, moderate degree （60.0%）, and severe degree （11.1%）, indicating significant difference （χ^2=33.488, P〈0.05）. Histopathological classification of UC： the observation group included class 1 （41.3%）, class 2 （37.0%）, class 3 （13.0%）, and class 4 （8.7%）, while the control group included class 1 （22.2%）, class 2 （40.0%）, class 3 （8.9%）, and class 4 （28.9%）, indicating significant difference （χ^2=23.478, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shaoyao decoction retention enema, as adjuvant therapy of UC, coulc effectively improve the recovery of intestinal focus , which is worthy to be popularized.
