摘要 通过基氏流动度试验,分析依据单种煤基氏流动度加权计算配合煤基氏流动度方法的可靠性及配合煤基氏流动度曲线随配比的变化规律。结果表明,基氏流动度对数加权计算值和实测值之间吻合较好,便于为配煤炼焦提供指导,不同煤种替换时配合煤基氏流动度变化规律有明显差异。同时,结合40kg侧装小焦炉炼焦试验,得到基氏流动度指标和焦炭质量之间的关系。 According to the Gieseler fluidity experiment,the reliability of the weighted calculation of the Gieseler fluidity value of blending coal based on the Gieseler fluidity value of single coal was analyzed,and the variation of the Gieseler fluidity of blending coal with the blending ratio was also clarified.The results showed that the fluidity value calculated by the logarithm weighted method was in good agreement with the measured value,which could provide guidance for coal blending.And there was a clear difference of the Gieseler fluidity change rules when blending different kinds of coal.Combined with the coking experiment by 40 kg pilot coke oven,the relation between the Gieseler fluidity and coke quality was obtained.
