摘要
为了研究提高烧结主抽风机效率的措施,进一步降低烧结工序电耗,引进了效率更高的三元流转子离心风机。简单介绍了三元流转子的设计原理,将三元流转子离心风机与原二元流转子离心风机的主要参数进行了对比,详细描述了三元流转子在烧结生产中的实际应用效果。结果表明,一台三元流转子代替两台普通二元流叶轮转子后,克服了原两台抽烟机之间的"抢风"现象,抽烟机运行平稳、风门开口度提高,电流降低。由于新抽烟机的风量增加且运行平稳,烧结机操作更趋稳定,充分发挥了烧结机产能。烧结矿钛赤铁矿、铁酸盐相有所增加,还原性能改善。针对钒钛磁铁精矿很难烧结成块的特殊性,提出了改进措施。
In order to improve the efficiency of the main sintering fan and further reduce the power consumption of the sintering process,a more efficient three element flow centrifugal fan is introduced.The design principle of the three element flow rotor is briefly introduced,the main parameters of the three element rotor centrifugal fan and the original two element flow rotor centrifugal fan are compared,and the practical application effect of the three element flow rotor in the sintering production is described in detail.The results show that when the two ordinary two element flow rotor fans are replaced by a three element flow rotor fan,the "robbing wind" phenomenon between the original two main sintering fans is overcome,the main sintering fan runs smoothly,the opening of the door is increased,and the current is reduced.Due to the increase of air volume and the stable running state of the new main sintering fan,the operation of the sintering machine is more stable and the production capacity of the sintering machine is brought into full play.The sinter titanium hematite and ferrite are increased,and the reduction performance is improved.Aiming at the particularity of vanadium-titanium magnetite ore,which is difficult to be sintered into blocks,the improvement measures are put forward.
