广东省居民抗生素知识与使用行为调查 被引量:2

Analysis on antibiotic knowledge and use among the residents of Guangdong

摘要 目的了解广东省居民抗生素知识与使用行为的相关作用,为抗生素知识教育提供参考依据。方法以方便抽样法抽取广东省1 096名居民进行抗生素知识和使用行为问卷调查,采取Epi Data3. 01软件录入数据,SPSS21. 0软件进行数据统计分析,Sobel检验分析中介作用。结果广东省居民抗生素知识和行为得满分比例分别为2. 3%和8. 5%,各条目得分均值分别为(0. 71±0. 43)分和(0. 55±0. 46)分。多元线性回归分析结果表明,个体因素预测抗生素知识模型的解释力为4%,婚姻状况、受教育程度和用药知识获得意愿是居民抗生素知识的影响因素(P <0. 05);个体因素、抗生素知识预测抗生素使用行为模型的解释力为2%,受教育程度、自评健康状况、用药知识获得意愿和抗生素知识是居民抗生素使用行为的影响因素(P <0. 05)。抗生素知识在受教育程度、用药知识意愿对抗生素使用行为影响中起中介作用(P <0. 05)。结论广东省居民抗生素知识与合理使用水平偏低,抗生素知识在个体因素对抗生素使用的影响中起中介作用,应加强居民抗生素知识教育。 Objective To investigate the association of antibiotic reasonable use with antibiotic knowledge among the residents of Guangdong province,provide suggestion for antibiotic knowledge education. Methods One thousand and ninety-six residents were investigated by the convenience sampling. Data were input by Epi Data 3. 01 and analyzed by SPSS21. 0. Mediation effect was verified by Sobel t test. Results Knowledge of antibiotics and their appropriate use was poor: only( 2. 3%)answered all 12 knowledge questions,( 8. 5%) answered all 4 appropriate uses. Average score of knowledge and appropriate use items were( 0. 71 ± 0. 43) and( 0. 55 ± 0. 46) respectively. Multiple variable regression analysis showed that individual factors positively predicated the antibiotic appropriate use,yielding predictive explanatory powers of 4%. The marriage status,the level of educated and willing to accept knowledge were highly significantly associated with antibiotic knowledge( P〈 0. 05). Individual factors and antibiotic knowledge positively predicated the antibiotic appropriate use,yielding predictive explanatory powers of 2% respectively. The level of educated,the self-reported health status,willing to accept knowledge and antibiotic knowledge were highly significantly associated with antibiotic use( P 0. 05). Antibiotic knowledge partially mediated the effect of the level of educated,willing to accept knowledge on antibiotic appropriate use( P 0. 05). Conclusion The score of antibiotic knowledge and behavior of residents of Guangdong province is low. Combination with the individual's factors,improving their antibiotic knowledge may be an effective measure to enhance the reasonable antibiotic usage.
