摘要
首先介绍了铁基纳米软磁合金,由于其具有高饱和磁感应强度、低矫顽力、低损耗等许多优良的软磁性能,被应用于扼流线圈和变压器等多种磁性部件,从而引起了人们的注意。然后对传统纳米软磁合金和新型FeSiBPCu系纳米软磁合金的研究进程进行了详细的阐述,介绍了国内外的一些研究人员对于纳米软磁合金的探索。并将新型FeSiBPCu系纳米软磁合金与传统纳米软磁合金进行对比,列出其具备的优势与不足。然后重点介绍了针对这些不足,对这种新型纳米软磁合金进行的一些拓展研究的进展及现状。最后对这种新型纳米软磁合金的发展进行了展望。
The iron-based nano-soft magnetic alloy is applied to many magnetic components such as choke coils and transformers due to its excellent soft magnetic properties such as high saturation magnetic induction, low coercivity and low loss, which has attracted widely attention. Firstly, the research progress of traditional nano soft magnetic alloy and new FeSiBPCu nano soft magnetic alloy is elaborated,and the exploration of nano-soft magnetic alloys by some researchers at home and abroad was introduced. Then, compare the new FeSiBPCu nano-soft magnetic alloy with traditional nano-soft magnetic alloy, its advantages and disadvantages were listed. The progress and current status of some extended research on new FeSiBPCu nano-soft magnetic alloy to deal with these disadvantages was introduced. Finally, the future development of this new nano soft magnetic alloy was prospected.
