摘要 介绍11-38 12PR KT676拖拉机驱动轮轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 530 mm,断面宽度290 mm,行驶面宽度285 mm,行驶面弧度高30 mm,胎圈着合直径970 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.666 7,花纹类型人字形花纹,花纹深度32.5 mm,花纹饱和度29.85%,花纹周节数28。施工设计:胎面采用两方四块结构,缓冲胶片采用天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶,胎体采用6层加密1400dtex/2V2锦纶6帘布,胎体帘布裁断角度为34.5°;轮胎成型采用半芯轮式成型机,硫化采用蒸汽式硫化机。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合国家标准要求。 The design of 11-38 12 PR KT676 tractor driving wheel tire was presented. In the structure design,the parameters were as follows:outer diameter 1 530 mm,cross-section width 290 mm,width of running face 285 mm,arc height of running face 30 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 970 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 0. 666 7,herringbone pattern for tire tread,pattern depth 32. 5 mm,pattern saturation 29. 85%,and number of pattern pitch 28. In the construction design,two-formula and four-piece construction was used for the tread,natural rubber/butadiene rubber blend was selected for the breaker strip,the carcass was composed by six layers of densified 1400 dtex/2 V2 Nylon 6 cord,and the cutting angle of the carcass cord was 34. 5°. The tire was formed on flatcore building machine and cured on steamer vulcanizing machine. The inflated peripheral size and physical properties of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
