摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,电力信息系统更新换代及升级优化越来越频繁,目前仍缺乏对电力信息系统状态评价及建设投资过程合理性评估的手段。根据电力信息系统独有的内部独立、规划系统、重安全可靠等特性以及信息系统一般属性要求,提出了一套适用于电力信息系统状态综合评价的指标体系;同时利用人工神经网络算法强大的非线性处理、自适应学习及容错抗噪能力实现电力信息系统综合评价,并通过实际案例的成功应用,为电力信息系统的人工智能评价方式提供了一种新的参考。
With the rapid development of information technology,the power information system is updated and optimized more and more frequently. At present, there is still a lack of means to evaluate the state of the pow- er information system and to evaluate the rationality of the construction investment process. According to the unique internal independence, systematic planning, safety and reliability of power information system and the general attribute requirements of information system, a set of index system is proposed for the comprehensive evaluation of the state of the power information system. At the same time, the powerful nonlinear processing, adaptive learning and fault tolerance of the artificial neural network algorithm are used to realize the compre- hensive evaluation of power information system. And through the successful application of practical cases, a new reference is provided for the artificial intelligence evaluation of power information system.
