摘要 介绍了发电厂在超净排放改造项目中采用加热法治理白色烟羽,因实际运行控制方式引起系统能耗和机组热效率降低的情况。通过温湿图分析白色烟羽生成机理,结合实际运行工况,指出了排烟温度定值设定存在不合理,通过建模计算出机组运行工况与环境对应的排烟温度并制定出整改措施,实现了基于排烟温度动态调节的白色烟羽治理节能优化。 This paper introduces the application of heating method to control white plume in the super-clean e- mission modification project of power plant, where the inappropriate control mode increases the system energy consumption and reduces unites thermal efficiency. According to the temperature-humidity chart, the genera- tion mechanism of white plume is analyzed. In combination with the actual operating conditions, it is pointed out the inappropriate temperature setting of the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas temperature corresponding to the operating condition and environment of the unit is calculated through modeling, and the rectification meas- ures are proposed, realizing energy-saving optimization of eliminating white plumes based on exhaust tempera- ture dynamic regulation.
