摘要
发电厂的封闭相母线在使用多年后,由于密封件老化而导致密封性能持续下降,空气泄漏严重,加之所配套微正压装置性能影响无法建立正常压力,设备故障不断,除湿效果不理想,影响了封闭母线的绝缘水平。介绍了防止封闭母线内部产生结露的传统运行方式,指出封闭母线微正压运行方式存在的问题,阐述了采用空气干燥循环法解决封闭母线内结露问题的原理和改造情况,以及改造结果。
After the use of closed bus in power plant for many years, the seal performance continues to decline due to aging of sealing parts, leading to serious air leakage; meanwhile, the normal pressure can not be formed due to the influence of supporting micro-positive pressure device on the performanc, resulting in frequent e- quipment failures, unsatisfactory dehumidification effect, seriously affecting the insulation level of closed bus. This paper introduces the traditional dew-proof method for condensation inside closed bus line, points out the problems existing in the operation mode of closed bus line under micro-positive pressure, and expounds the principle and renovation of solving the dew condensation problem inside closed bus line by air drying circulation method, as well as the reconstruction results.
