摘要
《电力发展"十三五"规划(2016—2020年)》中明确提出要充分挖掘现有火电系统的深度调峰潜力,增强火电机组的灵活性,并实现大幅度接纳新能源入网。阐述了现阶段我国火电机组灵活性改造的现状,以及火电机组主要应用的一些控制策略和优化控制技术,分析了现有控制策略的优缺点,提出了以协调优化和改进为基础的多控制策略组合优化方法。
"The 13th Five-Year Plan of Power Development(2016--2020)" declares clear that in order to have new energy integrated into the grid drastically, peak-load regulation potential of the existing system should be fully tapped and the flexibility of thermal power units should be enhanced. This paper expounds the present sit- uation on the flexibility of thermal power units , and the control strategies and optimization control technology at the present stage in China. On the basis of coordinated optimization and improvement, the method of combi- nation optimization of multi control strategy is proposed.
