摘要
基于大数据分析的远程诊断平台可实现数据集中采集、存储和挖掘,同时采用神经网络智能算法产生与实时值相对应的正常期望值。远程诊断平台应用在燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组上,通过建立合适的设备诊断模型,可达到设备故障早期预警效果,提升机组的管理和监控水平。
The remote diagnosis platform based on big data analysis can realize data collection, storage and min- ing, and at the same time, and generate normal expectations corresponding to real time values by using neural network intelligent algorithm. The remote diagnosis platform is applied to the gas/steam combined cycle unit. By establishing the appropriate equipment diagnosis'model, the equipment failure early warning effect can be a- chieved and the management and monitoring level of the unit can be improved.
