摘要
电力企业从战略高度建立了企业绩效管理体系,通过绩效管理的实施和激励措施的保障促进企业实现战略目标的管理过程。诊断了供电公司绩效管理的核心问题,通过综合运用平衡计分卡、关键绩效指标法等先进绩效管理工具,以供电公司绩效管理体系的管理实践为研究对象,探索有效的企业绩效管理模式,为电网企业绩效管理工作提供参考。
The electric power enterprise has established the enterprise performance management system from the strategic viewpoint, the management process to promote and realize the strategic goal by implementing the performance management and the incentive measures. This paper diagnosed the core problems of performance management in power supply companies, where the advanced performance management tools such as balanced scorecard and key performance indicator were used comprehensively. The management practice of power sup- ply company performance management system was taken as the research object, and effective enterprise per- formance management mode was explored to provide reference for grid enterprise performance management.
