新媒体环境下学校德育工作途径探析——基于一位中学德育工作者的实践体悟

The Approach Analysis on School Moral Education under the Environment of New Media: Based on the Reflection of a High School Moral Education Practitioner

新时代背景下,如何运用新媒体提升德育工作的时代性、针对性和实效性,成为学校德育工作新的课题。长沙麓山国际实验学校利用新媒体不断拓展德育工作的渠道和空间,进一步增强德育工作的影响力、感染力、吸引力和战斗力。具体来说,学校主要从以下三方面做起:一是利用喜闻乐见的新媒体传播形式歌唱校园文化主旋律;二是利用微信公众号引领舆论导向,构建新德育直通平台;三是通过家校互联引领班级建设,构建和谐家校关系。

In the new era, how to use new media to make school moral education more characteristic of this age and more effective has become a new topic of school moral education. Lushan International Experimental School continuously uses new media to expand the channels and space of moral education, and further enhances the influence, appeal, attractiveness and effectiveness of moral education.
