血管瘤和脉管畸形的外科手术治疗

Surgical Management of Vascular Anomalies

随着研究的不断深入,近年来血管瘤与脉管畸形的临床治疗进展迅速。外用药、全身用药、激光、血管内硬化、介入等治疗手段日渐成熟,治疗方案也逐渐规范化和综合化。很多非手术治疗日渐成熟,并取代手术治疗成为首选的治疗方式。但在很多情况下,手术治疗作为其他治疗方案的补救措施仍具有不可替代的重要作用。因此,如何进一步明确手术治疗的适应症,恰当地选择手术介入的时机,将手术治疗作为脉管性疾病多学科、序列化综合治疗的重要组成部分,是目前亟待解决的问题。

As the research continues, the clinical treatment of vascular anomalies has developed rapidly in recent years. Standardized and combined treatments were proposed on the basic of mature therapeutic methods such as medicine for external or systematic use, laser,intravascular sclerotherapy and interventional embolization. Although non-surgical treatments have displaced surgery as the preferred treatments, surgical treatment still plays an irreplaceable role in therapeutic options. Theretore, the current issue is to clarify the indications for surgical treatment and select appropriate surgical methods at the right time. Only in this way can surgical treatment become an important part of multidisciplinary and serialized treatment. This article reviews the current surgical indications and strategy for hemangiomas and vascular malformations.
