摘要
本文对300kW、15 000r/min的高速永磁同步电机进行了设计,针对表贴式转子结构,分别对碳纤维、合金钢护套的高速永磁同步电机进行了损耗分析和温度场分析,设计了大功率高速永磁电机并进行了参数方面的介绍。基于有限元分析使用软件对电机进行仿真,得到铁损耗等数据并进行了分析。仿真结果表明,合金钢护套下电机的发热比较严重。
In this paper, 300 kW, 15 000 r/min high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed. For surface mounted respectively on high speed rotor structure, carbon fiber and alloy steel sheath of permanent magnet synchronous motor motor are analyzed. For high power and high speed permanent magnet motor, the parameters are designed and the temperature field and the loss are analyzed. Based on the finite element analysis, the software is used to simulate the motor, and the data such as iron loss are obtained, and the data obtained are analyzed. By comparing the simulation results, it is found that the heating of the motor under the alloy steel sheath is more serious.
