摘要
在推动信息化建设和数据利用的过程中,提出了应用"数据治理"的理念,在医院层面定义数据获取和使用中的"正向"行为,进行医疗卫生数据治理,并对相关行为进行评价、监督。通过探索、实践、扩充数据治理策略,并结合流程治理,在主数据管理、数据安全与共享、数据整合与数据质量、数据内容管理等方面都取得了显著的改善,同时配合数据的分析和反馈,促进医院数据获取、分析和利用工作的持续改进。
In the process of information construction and data utilization, Xuanwu Hospital presents the concept of ＂data governance＂, which defines the ＂positive＂ behavior of data acquisition and use in hospital level, carries out medical and health data management, and evaluates and supervises related behaviors. Through exploring, practicing and expanding the data governance strategy, combined with process governance, our hospital has made improvement in master data management, data security and sharing, data integration and data quality, data content management. In the same time, by the means of data analysis and feedback, the positive continuous improvement of the hospital data acquisition, analysis and utilization is achieved.
