摘要
泌尿系结石是泌尿外科的常见病,结石成分的判定对于临床治疗方式的选择非常重要。许多学者通过双源CT双能量技术研究,用于临床上更准确地判断结石成分。近年来出现第三代双源CT,可用于对泌尿系结石成分更深一步的研究。国内目前大多数对泌尿系结石成分的研究分析主要以定性为主,国外已经开始对结石成分定量研究。文章综述三代双源CT用于泌尿系结石分析的研究进展,以期进一步探究第三代双源CT用于定量分析结石成分的准确性。
Urinary stones are a common disease in urology, and determining calculus composition is very important for clinical diagnosis. Many scholars have studied the accurate composition of calculi by dual-source dualenergy CT technology. The recent third-generation dual-source CT can further study urinary components. At present, most domestic studies of urinary calculi stay in qualitative analyses, and overseas studies have begun quantitative analyses. This article reviewed the research progress on three generations of dual-source CT in the analysis of urinary calculi, in order to further investigate the accuracy of the third-generation dual-source CT for the quantitative analysis of calculus composition.
