摘要
明挖河道穿越既有地铁线路,因高精度的变形控制要求,传统工艺无法满足施工需要。现场技术人员通过计算和试验,研发了明挖衡重式顶进技术,创造性地按河道断面预制钢筋混凝土U形槽,加载配重,利用顶进设备和挖掘机配合,随挖随顶,对开挖土体的卸载进行弥补,成功将地下线路变形控制在2. 5mm以内,为今后类似工程施工积累了宝贵经验。
Open-cut river channel is crossed with existing railway line. Traditional technology cannot meet the construction requirements due to high precision deformation control requirements. On-site technical personnel develop open-cut balance weight jacking technology through calculation and test, reinforced concrete u-shaped slots are creatively precast according to the river channel section, weight is loaded, jacking equipment is matched with excavators, the project is jacked during excavation, thereby making up for the load of the excavated soil, controlling the underground line deformation within 2.5mm successfully, and accumulating valuable experience for constructing future similar projects.
